Registration
To reserve your space in our dog training classes, please fill out, scan, and email your registration forms and vaccination records to Dominion Dog Training before the first class. To access the necessary registration forms, simply click on the class name:
Please scan and email your registration forms, liability, and vet records to stacey@dominiondogtraining.com, or bring them to the first night of class for our obedience classes.
The vaccination record can be the receipt you received from your vet, which shows the dates of the last vaccinations.
Make sure to bring full payment to the first class. Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, Venmo, Cash App, or Apple Pay.
Remember, no dogs should come to the first class.
Dog Requirements: All dogs must be fully vaccinated, and you must provide proof of vaccinations from the owner's veterinarian. Additionally, all intact female dogs must be out of season by at least 14 days.
