Behavioral Consultation - $50 (30 min)
Our behavioral consultation is perfect for dogs exhibiting problematic behavior. Through our dog training programs, our experienced trainers will collaborate with you to identify the underlying causes of your dog's behavior. We will then develop a personalized training plan, which includes obedience training and puppy training, tailored specifically to your dog's needs.
Puppy Selection & Preparation - $90 (60 min)
Selecting the right puppy for your family can be challenging. We assist you with all the questions you may have, including understanding which breeds will fit best into your existing schedule and lifestyle. Additionally, we help you decide if a puppy, adult dog, purebred, or rescue is the best fit for your home.
Once you have made the decision on what type of dog will be joining your family, our dog training programs teach you how to properly prepare your home and your kids, creating a welcoming space for your new family member. We also offer guidance on puppy training and behavioral consultation to ensure a smooth transition, as well as helping a rescue acclimate to your home to prevent future behavioral problems. Our obedience training programs further support your puppy's development, making sure your new pet thrives in their new environment.
Private 1-on-1 Training $90 (60min)

If you have specific behavioral issues or a conflicting schedule with the above classes, then our behavioral consultation may be the best option for you. We work with you and your dog to identify the source of the behavioral or psychological problem and develop a tailored approach to correct it. Our dog training programs include detailed instructions on how to continue working with your dog to maintain or further your success. In-Home and In-Facility private sessions are priced based on your needs and the number of dogs involved in obedience training to resolve your concerns. We strive to be flexible in scheduling these sessions at the most convenient times for all parties. Please note that there may be additional charges for customers who are outside of our service area.
Basic Obedience - $200
Join our 5-week dog training program, featuring 5 one-hour sessions designed to enhance your skills as a pack leader. Through our 'Instinctual Learning' method, you will learn the fundamentals of controlling—not dominating—your dog with a variety of basic exercises and behavioral skills. Together, we will master essential commands like the Walk, Sit, Down, Stay, and Come. Each class is customized to address your specific issues or behavioral problems, ensuring effective obedience training tailored for you.
This program is suitable for puppies and dogs aged 4 months and up.
Our first session is a behavioral consultation and orientation for owners only (no dogs allowed). In this class, we will delve into the basics of dog psychology and behavior, helping you understand how your dog thinks and interprets your actions. By grasping the foundational aspects of dog behavior, you will be better equipped to train your dog to listen and learn effectively. Plus, if you bring a second dog from the same household, the second dog's enrollment is half off the regular price.
Day Training Program - $850
3 days/week for 3 weeks (T, W, Th)
Enroll your dog in our behavioral consultation program that focuses on basic obedience training and manners while you are at work! This dog training program will teach your dog the fundamentals of obedience, fostering respect, attention, and relaxation.
What does my dog learn? Your dog will master loose leash walking, Off, Leave It, Sit/Down, Stay, Come, and Attention to Name. Throughout the three weeks, your dog will benefit from several one-on-one training sessions each day.
Additionally, your dog can also participate in our Doggy Daycare or Boarding services at Hope Animal Clinic during the program.
This program is designed for puppies and dogs 4 months and older.
Don't forget about our Skills Transfer Classes, where you can learn how to effectively work with your dog and reinforce his/her new skills from the obedience training.
Intermediate Obedience - $200
This 5-week dog training program consists of 5 one-hour sessions focused on enhancing your dog's reliability. Designed for those who seek more from their canine companions, this course will delve into obedience training, covering intermediate skills such as Sit, Down, Long Stays, and Recalls (Come When Called). Additionally, participants will learn heeling on-leash, attention and distraction work, and the foundational steps of off-leash handling. For those in need of behavioral consultation, this program is an excellent choice. Prerequisite: Dog/Handler must demonstrate a basic level of obedience. Open to dogs 6 months and older.
AKC Canine Good Citizen Course & Certification - $200
Join our 5-week dog training program, consisting of 5 one-hour sessions, designed to promote responsible pet ownership and basic good manners for dogs. This program is ideal for enhancing your dog's community skills or preparing them for therapy work. Through our comprehensive obedience training, your dog can earn a 10-step CGC certification, solidifying their status as an outstanding canine citizen. Prerequisite: Basic obedience training or a trainer evaluation. Open to dogs 6 months and older. Additionally, we offer behavioral consultations for those seeking personalized puppy training.
Board and Train Program - pricing varies
Our board and train program is ideal for busy dog owners who want to ensure their dog receives top-quality obedience training. Your dog will live with an experienced trainer and benefit from personalized dog training programs throughout the day. We'll teach your dog basic obedience commands and address any problematic behaviors through our behavioral consultation.
